I've looked at everything.world file from SVN and saw:
trickedoutpioneer
(
  name "robot1"
  pose [-7.945 1.849 -1077.732]

  #gripper( pose [0.200 0.000 0.000] color "gray" )
  speech()
)
So I removed remark from gripper declaration, this caused everything.cfg
to start, but... it was totally messy! Someone hacked all positions (and
sizes?) of robots. This is not happening with 'everything' world taken
from Stage-2.1.1 tarball. Break-in into Stages SVN?!
