we resolved our quirk, the new method of extracting the wkb returns extended wkb intsead of standard wkb which we didnt support at our end. All sorted now.

I hope it will be that simple adding new utils to Player distro, I'll try
to do that soon.
I have copied vectortools to one more place since vlab.pjwstk.edu.pl has
problems with network connection and I don't know how long it would last.
