well i have a problem, i executed the patch outside of the bns folder, selected the right rute on my folders... but when i try to run it i got that error, yes the englishlauncher are in the same folder as the bns original launcher... i can use the original without problems, but the eng send me that error... what can i do?

      hmm weird.. try to move the game folder in c:\ (the entire pko folder from screen) and run it again

do you have latest windows updates ?
do you have latest vcredistributable installed ?
Those problem do not come from the exe file itself. It is a system problem. So check if your system do have latest updates for everything (graphic, system, ...)
