I am releasing the current implementation of the PLATform deliverable 
coordinator service, which is a core component of the PLATform system, 
for directing data from suppliers to consumers.  The released code 
probably won't compile without a little work, but I'm not sure anyone 
will want to compile this anyway.  The system is going to need a major 
redesign to really get what I think we want.  A lot of the necessary 
functionality has been embedded into some of the software systems that 
are not being released as open source, but we may pull some of that 
code out of those systems and release it at some point in the near 
future.

In the meantime, I'll try to get some design documents put together 
over the next few days, and post them to this list (and possibly upload 
them to CVS).  That will describe some of the basic layout of the 
functionality that I think we're looking at PLATform doing.  That 
should give a good starting point for design discussion.
