Plandora improving project surveys

Survey Form

A project survey usually originates when an project leader faces doubts about the customer relationship or even if he want to know about the motivation level of team.

For these cases, a survey questionary is a usefull mecanism to get results in a quick, easy and cheap way.

Through the Plandora, the project leader is able to create surveys linked with projects and with different types of questions, and following in real time the status of answers, avoiding all those boring and wasteful data tabulations.

The surveys of Plandora is reached through the "Projects Grid". After click at survey's icon, the form will open.

The project leader must set a name for the new survey and a period of time that define how long the survey will be available. There is also, a check box that define if the survey will allow anonymous answers or if only authenticated users could answer it.

Survey Form

After that, it is necessary to add the questions of survey. Each question must be flagged with mandatory/optional option and must have one of the following visual styles bellow:

  • radio box (with only one option)
  • text box
  • text area

After saving, the survey will be automatically published (but, observed the publishing period that was defined before).

For each survey created, there is a icon to open a report that shows the current status of answers.

In addition, the button "Replicate Survey" saves the leader's time, because it creates a new survey based to a current one (something like a "Save As" feature).
