#19 Restrict Import of To-do items by priority

Hi,

I would love the ability to restrict the to-do import
to items of a certain priority and above.

Reason: I have many to-do items which are managed by
the Life Balance program. It manages priority of my
to-do items in the background and assigns tasks to
priority 5 which are not ready to address now. It
would make PlanMyDay much more usable if I could
restrict to category 4 and above (or higher if that
does not reduce the number of tasks appearing enough).
