#1 Version 0.06-beta2 or v1.0 ??

On sourceforge and everywhere on the web is version
0.06-beta2 the latest version of pktfilter. Except if
you search on winpe then you find the 1.0 version, a
version of June 2, 2004. Version 0.06-b2 if from
February 12, 2003.
Is this new version real? Is this project dead?
