I created a phonetic Russian layout for Colemak users, codenamed "Rulemak". The layout.ini file, together with on/off icons (the off icon is simply copied from colemak), is attached.

It would be nice if this could be included in eg. Colemak_variants_layouts (or even Portable_Colemak).

Here's an updated version of the Rulemak layout, as discussed in the same Colemak forum thread:

Some letters (ъьё, жв) have switched positions, based on feedback of several (native Russian) users, missing capital Ч was fixed, and Ruble symbol ₽ was added.
