Windows version now on download page.
You will require the DirectX redistributables from August 2008 or later to run the precompiled versions if compiling it should run on the sdk version that you compile against (at least 9c).

I have made a new release which should make it work on a greater number of platforms (please see the INSTALL file for details on how to build the project)
