#5 pop3 Command asks for cached password under linux

The POP3 command has an optional caching of passwords keyed by host and user.

Under Windows, the code works correctly.

Under Linux, it cannot find an existing entry, so it asks for the password again.

I have not investigated it thoroughly yet, but I believe it is due to an LF vs CR/LF difference between Windows and Linux.
