#4 Console Scroll during mouse drag is buggy

MouseButton controlled scrolling while selecting text area, does not work well yet.
The issue appears to be related to the MouseRepeater class and Suns AWT-thread not
keeping up. The underlying TextArea has its AWT Object in an inconsistent state.
This is solvable, it is just going to take a little time.
