#1 Error handling required loading files

If the user has added his/her own walls or tiles and has
entered an incorrect file name in a .wal file then the
program ends with an error. No description of the
problem is given. The user might not want to play the
game without the wall (it might be the reason he's
running the game) but an explanation would help.
