Typo: "surpress" should be "suppress".

There's a typo in the shader code; the word "suppress" is misspelled as "surpress". This is visible in the output from running 'sdrc --help'. The attached patch changes the output strings, as well as the relevant internal variable and macro names, to use the correct spelling.
