#9 Accept multiple .rib files on command line

It would be nice if pixie would also accept multiple (.rib) files on
command line that are then put together like this is done in bmrt
or prman.
This allows to have render-specific commands and paths for textures,
shaders... in their own files without having to merge them
beforehand.
I found for example following text in a BMRT documentation:
Render this image by running:
prman prman.opt fig8.1.rib (for PRMan)
rendrib bmrt.opt fig8.1.rib (for BMRT)
