    Hi,

Just did an SVN update and found that the configure script has gone missing.

Is something in the works to replace configure?

The multiple definition (e.g. RtObjectHandle) in ri.h seems to still be there, any update on that bug reported on 01/Apr/07?

    Regards

We removed lots of the intermediate output from svn.  It is generated by tools and makes it hard to track differences.  These files will still be shipped in the source distribution.  You should run 'autoreconf -i' in the top level.

Thanks for the reminder on RtObjectHandle etc.  Those should be fixed now.

      Cheers

      George

Using the "autoreconf -i" command, I get the following

Which autoconf and automake version do you have installed?

          Thanks

          George

          This should work with

autoconf 2.60 or 2.59   (probably others too)
          automake 1.9.3 - 1.9.6
          libtool 1.55.22

but I've done it with older versions on linux.

          Which OS are you on?

If it's OSX, you can simply grab these from fink.  I'm sure that updaters on linux can get you a recent version also.

          Cheers

          George

            Thanks George,

I am on OS X and have updated my DarwinPorts of the tools.

My ./configure file is working and the make install is working fine.

            Regards
