#66 sdrc crash

sdrc is crashing. I am using 1.6.2, and when trying to
compile a shader that requires an include file (such as
lensflare.sl from Advanced Renderman), the command line
will produce the entire list of the INCLUDE variable in
Windows (which for the most part is GTK) and then this
weird entry I☺2 and then the Windows crash reporter
pops up.

I also added the Pixie include directory into the
INCLUDE variable.
