I'm getting a Side-by-Side configuration error running sdrc.exe from the 2.2.6 binary release on Windows 7 both 32 and 64bit.
Vcredist is installed, 2.2.5 binary is fine and I checked on different systems.
I included a sxstrace file from a 64bit system.

Mark all as spam, and block user from posting to "Bugs"
The problem is that the binary was build against the debug runtime. (Which means you need VS itself installed to run it in its current state). Hopefully the next build corrects this.
