#2 DummyCursor improvement : cross-hair
Hello,
Trying PixAmp I also found that the "DummyCursor"
option could be improved. Actually it seems it only
displays a... dummy cursor. And the cursor itself is
not very accurate to indicate what pixel is pointed by
the mouse. At least it should be centered to the pixel,
specially in a small "Zoomfactor" is selected. At 4
it's very hard to see what pixel is beneath the cursor.
A workaround would be to display a cross-hair instead
of a simple dummy cursor. The cross-hair would be made
up by 2 lines, one vertical, the other horizontal, that
would split the magnifier into 4 sections. The pixels
crossed by the lines should be inverted to make the
lines apparent. And upon these lines we could even add
the dummy cursor, after all it's kind of useful to have it.
