#157 Allowed some used words smaller than 5 letters

Hello,

On my channel, we were a bit disappointed that some words smaller than 5 characters wasn't displayed on most used words list.

So we added a new variable "shortmostusedwords", which as "foulwords" variable takes words separated by whitespace, that can be displayed on most used words list even if there are smaller than minimum length setting.

I never programmed to perl, maybe there are better ways to add this kind of feature.

Nevermind, I attach a diff file based on pisg 0.72.
