#269 KVIRC Stats aren't getting produced correctly

I have attached a log file using KVIRC 4.0.0 and my pisc.cfg. The only way I can get such a log file to work is if I strip all the numbers in front of each line with a Replace All command in Gedit: (.i.e. for each line I'd replace "25 [" with a "[" etc) Now, it'd be nice if I don't have to do this, but even when I do this certain things don't show up in the stats page such as:

-actions being done
- topics being set
- people getting kicked
- people get Op/hOp/voice status
