#265 Problems with XChat type logs

I've just started using XChat and noticed that there are problems with the "Other interesting numbers" and "Latest topics." If you see the bottom of http://osxdude.ath.cx/ircstats/mcintec.html it says nobody got kicked, nobody got ops, or had ops taken from them. Also, the "$nick always lets us know what he/she is doing" isn't right either. When anyone voices, halfops, ops, and even joins and parts, the perl script assumes it's an action.
