#255 URL detection

URL detection seems to be quite strict.. I am using
basic settings with irssi, and pisg does not detect a
url of form:
http://simplehostname/somepath/

I think any url beginning with http:// shoud be
accepted. It seems that url must contain either "www"
or "html"...
