#17 Topics not updating

Topics haven't been updating for about two weeks or more. The current topics say its from today, but its from awhile ago. I'm attaching my pisg.cfg. I have a new log everyday and have changed it to use set logfile-suffix ".%d%b%Y" in eggdrop.
