PIRXX 1.1 Release

This is the first release of PIRXX, a wrapper of Xerces and Xalan for Python. Currently, it contains a working SAX2 driver for the Xerces parser.

What's missing is the locator mechanism, and the DTDHandler and EntityResolver interfaces.
