#13 Gaim connected to pircd

It's a shame to have no screenshots illustrating that a
server works. Here's a start.

Patches/Contribs pending:
1. writeout PID file
2. Start as root (for opening .pid and .log) then
shed ALL privileges.
3. Generic manual install instructions for *BSD install
4. Prototype FreeBSD port

Needed, much of which could be "dug out"
* NetBSD/OpenBSD/DragonFlyBSD/FireflyBSD "port" inst
* Loading by users and traffic, over VPN/Intranet
At least sample stats
* Why log file isn't opening, and PING logging to
remains to startup controlling TTY, with same IP
given twice (Is that PING with PONG reply?)
