#1 Version 1.2.0 doesn't work

Hello, I see you updated the files again but it still doesn't work. I keep getting the same error:

''CreateProcess Failed; Code 740''.

I even tried to right-click and run as administrator but still no luck. Running Windows 8.1, 64-bit.
