main.c line 585 (in the current revision 160), or search for 
"SDL_MOUSEMOTION". As a quick workaround, lower the "20" threshold 
there. Of course, a more sophisticated implementation that works the 
same independent of the rate at which mouse events come in would be 
welcome too.
