I have had similar problems linking ogg-vorbis.
I succeed to link only compiling ogg-vorbis myself.
 
Did you have tried to compile yourself ogg-vorbis?
Try also to change linking order....

If you want to try my .lib (they are "_d" versions) I post them here:
