OK, done. Posting on the Pipmak-Devel list is now only allowed for 
subscribers, posts by non-subscribers are held back for moderation. I 
hope this takes care of the spam. If it does, and if the spam volume 
continues to grow on the Pipmak-Users list, I'll do the same thing there.
