Thanks James for adding the instructions. I reworded them a bit and
fixed the misspelled e-mail address. (I am actually not sure if viewing
pages while logged in is sufficient to get you on the user list, or if
you need to try to edit a page - if anyone of you knows or can try it
out, please edit.)
