[Pipeline130-developers] XML schema

I am starting to work on the XML schema (see link below) and the
WorkflowXMLReader Java class.  Could you take a look at the incomplete
schema I came up with and lets finalize on Friday?

Also, lets figure out the internal design (interface and classes) for the
Engine and Manager on Friday (2hr power meeting).  Does this sound
reasonable?
