I suggest reading over the topic at https://sourceforge.net/p/open-cobol/contrib/HEAD/tree/README.md and add a gpl-compatible license (I'd suggest GPLv3).

Hm, I don't see anything about this in https://sourceforge.net/p/pipedit/code/HEAD/tree/trunk/ (also: pleasewrite at least a short log message otherwise those commits look empty)
