#3 "patch" minor adjustment of documentation, use of svn attributes

I've done this over at https://sourceforge.net/p/open-cobol/contrib/754/ (you are free to revert it there if you find it dumb!) and wanted to leave it as a "patch note" here.

the rename was done with svn move, the additional attributes set with svn propset svn:eol-style LF
