This may be a bug in the plugin. We will try to recreate it and get it fixed in the next release. In the meantime, you can use the character interface to create and maintain indexes.
From the GTM prompt, run D ^DRV to sign in. You can get to the db index menu quickly by entering @809 at the menu prompt, or you can navigate to the db index menu by selecting 11. Filer Definition -> 2. Index File Definition
