[Gnocatan-announce] 0.6.99.1 released

As there have been a lot of changes the last few days, I've made
another beta release called 0.6.99.1. (Hm... how long can version
numbers get? :)

The changes are:
  - during first connect, show a splash screen
  - fix bug that gtk server couldn't start AI players
  - made histogram dialog nicer
  - let clients exit if net connection lost
  - updated docs
  - fix a few Debian bugs, 

Debian packages are available as usual under http://www.hodek.net/debian.

Please again test and find the last glitches!
