Bugs:
When pinging multiple hosts with a small interval value and we don't get a
response right away (or a timeout occurs) it seems to affect other pings

Added:
Graphing using ZedGraph 4.2.3 (sourceforge.net/projects/zedgraph)

Fixes/Changes:
Fixed problem with network errors not getting reset
If we get a ping response back for a host we didn't ping we wait 5ms before
checking for another response (this fixes the CPU usage spike but
unfortunately adds 5ms delay). This condition doesn't a lot so is
temporary fix

To Do:
Add more logging options (DB, CSV, etc)
Add more graphing options
Add sweep size ranges for pings
