#78 Moving the completed torrents to their own list

One feature that worked well in azureus (when it
worked at all) was shifting all the completed torrents
to a seperate area at the bottom of the screen.

That way they are out of your face and easy to ignore,
until you need to remove any of them... (Incentive to
keep them around for longer)

It also helps to shift the data to another folder for
easy sorting and moving.
