i download a file, any file when it's completed i seed for a while, then i close the program, and when i open abc again the file starts downloading again. can anyone helpme?

You're joking, right? If not, right-click on the file in bittorrent, and there should be "stop" and "pause".
But if I stop the download i cant use the file so i have to wait again
