Added config support.
Config files are independent from application modularity.

Added autoloading support.
Added benchmarking with memory usage info int.
Added engine/Application.php file - the front controller.

Added .htaccess file that points all request to index.php file.
Added index.php bootstrap file which currently:
- checks PHP version to be higher or equal than 5.2
- sets error reporting to show all errors
- updates include path

Created basic directory layout.
