#41 ZIP Projects / Import / Export / etc.

Some ZIP support would be really nice for Pineapple. The user should be allowed to specify the compression level.

- Create a project and store data in a ZIP archive
- Import projects from a ZIP archive
- Export projects to a ZIP archive
- Reading/Writing of ZIP files in tree; perhaps some sort of BasicFile implementation.

These things aren't necessary and could perhaps be implemented with a 'ZIP Functions' module. We don't really need this now and I'm looking somewhere around Pineapple 1.2 for them to come in.
