getting error when trying to run PimBNC

on WinXP with ActivePerl installed (perl version 5.8.7) it gives this error after the command 'perl ./PimBNC.pl'

PimpBNC 0.9.2: Compiling core...
Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at src//hooks.pm line 281.
