#3 Option to restore Unique ID to Palm

PilotManager should offer the ability to restore the
previously
recorded Unique ID when a mismatch occurs.

Currently PilotManager recognizes that the Pilot's
Unique ID does not
match that stored in PilotManager's preferences and
offers the choice
to cancel the sync or overwrite the PilotManager
preference.

The attached patch adds the functionality to override
the Unique ID on
the Pilot.
