[pilot-db-list] corrupted db file?

To my dismay, I am getting an error message of "<dbfile>: record is corrupt"
when using the pdb2csv program.
I had the pilot-db application give me an error message this weekend,
but aside from corrupting a single record, it didn't seem to damage
the database, which is relatively small.

Is there any way to repair the database?

I have tried the latest version of pdb2csv.  I am currently running 
pilot-db v1.02I (19 Jun 2002).

You're not the only one to report this. Others have already done so
over the last few days.
May I humbly suggest to the developers that there is something wrong with
the pdb2csv application?
