The current release of pilot-db-tools is pretty much crocked if you
aren't on a Windows platform. I used the 0.3.1 release, and that built
and worked just fine on BSD.

Put this .el in your emacs site-lisp and add
(require 'eol-conversion)
to your .emacs. You'll get a "End of line conversion" entry on the edit menu.

uhh, I have emacs installed but I can't seem to find the .emacs file,
tried locate and it seems to be missing. emacs site-lisp?, is that a
plugin for emacs? I've been used to vi ;) so I never tried emacs before.
