[pilot-db-list] Pilot-DB utility note

In csv2pdb 0.3.2 beta (and perhaps the other palm-db-tools) when an
error occurs, there doesn't seem to be a space or other seperator between
the utility name and the error msg, making it more difficult to read than
necessary.

Was the specific error message for "file not found"? (I looked and at least 
in that spot, I missed putting in a colon in the output statement.)
