I do not think this is very relevant. IIRC I worked well with it on Palm
OS 3.5 (a VX). You should simply look at the features of each version
and choose the one that is best for you. You might even consider
compiling it yourself, then you can choose exactly what you want. But as
you can see yourself, you won't gain much - the difference between light
and standard is around 30KB. Even with 2MB, that's not much.
