[pilot-db-list] Where are the Icons

Dear Pilot-DB users,

  I had version 1.1.0 installed, and it had some nice icons for
  creating new entries, a button for duplicating, etc.

  But  I  installed  1.1.3, and now the icons are replaced by buttons,
  and the "duplicate" function can only be accessed by the main menu.

  Is that the standard for version 1.1.3?
