I suggest you try using palm-db-tools. I tried pdb2csv on the db you
attached, and it worked well. It outputed an inf file with a line
view "newview"
which is invalid. I can't know what exactly was the reason - maybe
you did not define the view well or there is some other problem. If
I delete this line and csv2pdb, pilot-db can open the generated db.
