[pilot-db-list] Fatal Error with one particular PDB

Hello all,

I'm having problems with the attached PDB. I originally had it working
without the last column. I recreated it using JPilot-DB from a csv
where I had added the last column. Since then it has thrown a fatal
error everytime I try and open it. I've tried recreating it afresh,
reinstalling Pilot-DB, everything I can think of, but it keeps
throwing the error.
Any ideas?

On a side note I've not had much luck editing schema and or records
with JPilot-DB. It doesn't seem to accept changes, hence me recreating
the db from a csv file.
