[pilot-db-list] Long-term experiences in "hard" daily usage?

Hello,

I'm thinking about using pilot-db for managing a big part of my 
important data (in fact I'm quite close to doing it).
Has anybody here (best long-term) experiences in "hard" daily usage 
of pilot-db and can tell me about it? Especially if there was any 
pilot-db-related
loss of data.
